Alaina Gray, RN-BSN
FOUNDER & LEAD PROVIDER
Alaina Gray has been a registered nurse for nearly 20 years. She started her career at Cox South in Pediatrics and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, where she developed the attention to detail and deep patient empathy that define her work today.
In 2013, she transitioned into aesthetic nursing at Ideal Image in Springfield, where she served as Lead Medical Provider until the company's recent closure. Over those years, she built a loyal following of clients who came back again and again — not just for the results, but for the relationship.
When Alaina saw an opportunity to build something even more personal. Alaina Gray Aesthetics is the result: a medspa centered on education, honesty, and the kind of subtle enhancements that help you feel like the best, most confident version of yourself.
Her approach is simple. She listens first. She explains the "why" behind every recommendation. And she never pushes a treatment that doesn't serve your goals. Alaina believes that informed clients are the most satisfied clients — and the results prove it.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Michael Jones, MD
Dr. Jones is originally from Osage City, Kansas. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed a three-year residency in Family Medicine in Wichita, Kansas. He maintains active medical licenses in Missouri and Kansas and holds current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS). He also maintains active DEA, BNDD, and NPI registrations and remains current with all continuing medical education requirements.
Dr. Jones currently serves as Medical Director for Alaina Gray Aesthetics. In this role, he provides clinical oversight to ensure that all procedures are performed in accordance with established medical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. He works closely with Alaina Gray, RN, an experienced aesthetic provider with whom he has a long-standing professional relationship dating back to their work together in the Ideal Image clinics. His involvement supports the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality aesthetic care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Jones enjoys teaching, reading, gardening, maintaining physical fitness, and spending time with his wife and grandchildren. He is also actively involved in his local community.
Dr. Michael Jones is a semi-retired, board-certified physician with over 40 years of experience in Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine. He currently practices part-time in the Emergency Department at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri.
In addition to his primary care experience, Dr. Jones has more than 20 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. He served as Medical Director for two Ideal Image clinics in the Kansas City, Missouri area, overseeing services such as laser hair removal, body contouring, neuromodulator injections (Botox and Dysport), dermal fillers, and broadband light (BBL) treatments.
